Who processes your data

What data
Period dates, daily logs (symptoms, mood, discharge, sex, tests, temperature, weight, notes) and app settings. This is health data, a special category of personal data.
Without email sign-in
All data is stored on your phone and is included in the phone's own backup (Google or iCloud). We do not receive or see it.
With email sign-in
For sync we store your email address and a copy of your data on a server in the Netherlands (EU). Data is sent over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only we have access to the server. We process the data only with the consent you give when signing in, and only to move it between your devices and show you insights about it. We do not share it with other people or companies.
What we don’t do
We do not sell or share data with third parties, do not show ads based on health data, and do not use it for statistics across users.
Deleting your data
“Settings → Delete all data” deletes the data on your phone and, if you signed in, the copy on the server together with your account. The phone’s backup may keep a copy until its next backup; to remove it sooner, delete the backup in the phone’s Google (or iCloud) settings. You can withdraw your consent the same way or by emailing support@inventaiapp.com; we delete the data within 30 days. How to delete your account
Notifications
Reminders are created on your phone. The lock screen shows only “Check in with the app”.
